The Prestons Coffeehouse

About the Project

A coffeehouse with warmth and character

The Prestons was designed as a destination coffeehouse — a place that feels established from the day it opens. Terracotta plaster walls, exposed copper ducting, and a sculptural cluster chandelier set a warm, artisanal tone, while tall windows draw the street inside.

We balanced lounge comfort with operational flow: a tufted leather sofa and woven timber chairs anchor relaxed corners, while spaced dining tables keep service efficient. Every material was chosen to age gracefully and reinforce the brand’s craft-led identity.

Design Approach

Simplicity with purpose

We built on the idea of quiet luxury — where the space relies not on excess, but on material quality, balanced colour, precise lighting, and detail designed to serve everyday use.

Natural materials

Wood, stone, warm fabrics, and calm finishes create a sense of comfort and depth.

Openness & comfort

An interior layout that lets movement and light flow, while keeping each area private.

Timeless detail

Design choices untied to passing trends, giving the space lasting aesthetic value.
