A workplace tuned for performance
Ça-Net needed a high-density operations floor that still felt good to work in for long shifts. We used an industrial palette — exposed services, dark ceilings, and durable flooring — and warmed it with energetic orange accents and acoustic detailing that controls noise across the open plan.
Custom workstations balance density with personal space, while glass-fronted meeting pods and relaxed breakout zones give teams room to reset. Layered lighting keeps the floor alert through the day and calmer in the evening shifts.
