About the Position
We are looking for a creative Social Media Specialist experienced in social media management, professional photo/video shooting, and video editing, who will strengthen our company’s digital communication and brand visibility.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage the company’s Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn accounts.
- Carry out professional photo and video shoots of projects, sites, products, events, and team work.
- Produce and edit short-form video content in Reels / Shorts / TikTok formats.
- Prepare the monthly content plan and produce and publish content according to it.
- Write captions, descriptions, and hashtags consistent with the brand identity.
- Monitor comments and messages and handle engagement as needed.
- Follow social media trends and develop new content ideas suited to the company and sector.
- Analyse content performance and prepare regular reports.
- Develop recommendations to increase reach, engagement, and brand awareness.
- Present interior architecture, architecture, furniture, and execution projects visually in an effective way.
- Work in coordination with the design, project, marketing, and sales teams.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years’ experience in social media / content production.
- Experienced in professional photo and video shooting.
- Competent in video editing.
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and CapCut.
- Adobe After Effects knowledge is a plus.
- Able to use Photoshop or Canva at a basic/intermediate level.
- Knowledge of social media platform algorithms and content dynamics.
- Strong written and spoken Turkish and Arabic.
- English is a plus.
- A team player who meets deadlines.
- A creative outlook, a strong visual sense, and attention to detail.
Preferred
- Experience in interior architecture, architecture, furniture, real estate, or decoration.
- Experienced in photographing/filming interiors and architectural projects.
- Experience producing content for luxury and high-end projects.
- A strong portfolio covering social media management, photography, and video work.
